By downloading, installing, or using the "LocalHub" application (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
LocalHub provides local network file sharing, media streaming, and screen casting functionalities. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you share using the App. You must not use the App to share illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase ("Premium Services"). Payments are processed by Google Play. You may cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play settings.
The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

本条款受开发者居住地法律管辖，不考虑其法律冲突规定。
